Affordable Legal Services @ Staying Put is a social enterprise law firm dedicated to supporting all people affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. ALS offers legal advice and representation to all victims and survivors of domestic abuse and sexual violence who are not eligible for legal aid.

ALS is a not-for-profit service, providing the same level of service as a high street solicitor for a fraction of the cost, therefore making it more accessible for vulnerable people. ALS is a subsidiary company of Staying Put and has its own Board of Trustees.

The role of a COFA plays a key role in overseeing the outcome-focused regulation of services, and is key to ALS being able to take responsibility for managing risks to their delivery of legal services.
